that doesnt necessarily mean he was guilty of a crime on the night in question. he might not have been, or it could have been a mutual fight with both parties doing wrong.

he therefore doesnt deserve to lose his job IMO unless there are some criminal findings here, of which currently it is unclear.

there is a middle ground where we strongly suspect he is a bad guy to date and maybe did some bad stuff but where we dont have grounds to cancel him, and thats where we've been at for a while.
