Logan District Judge Spencer Walsh agreed to the suspension of a prison sentence because YoungBoy will still be serving a “substantial” 27 months for a separate federal case out of another county. "I’ve seen so many times where you have young men and women who have a lot of talent and potential. They can be robbed of that potential when they start to really struggle with their addictions,” Walsh said at the hearing. “I don’t want that for you. I’m sure that in your future, once you’re done with your federal prison time, you can be really successful on federal probation and have a really bright future where you can reach your full potential in every aspect of your life. Best of luck to you, Mr. Gaulden.”
yeah, hes very lucky. s/o the judge who took over thugs case too, happy some folks are starting to see stupid decisions shouldnt be life altering for eternity. I think i posted when YB got caught on this case about how hard he has actually been trying to stay out of trouble and stuff, it was really unfortunate that addiction put him here.
correct me if im wrong too, but i think hes actually out now? cant really tell for sure

whats your top 10 all time YB?
Bruh got another opportunity, hopefully he learns and stops bringing bad company around when he's out
One hand, happy for YB
Other hand, it’s a cold bittersweet feeling knowing rappers get so many unlimited chances that the average nigga never gets dawg.

i agree to an extent, depending on age and stuff tbh. juveniles getting charged as adults more true, but for the longest time they could get away with wild s*** over and over again until 18
regardless, its a hard subject.
I changed my name when this all went down because i truly believe YB has been trying very hard to change. He deserves some kind of punishment or something, sure. But of all the things he is accused of and has charges for, this being the one is silly. He has mental issues and addictions, and who can really blame him honestly if you follow his story or just do a little research?
That same thing can be said for lots of younger folks. I'd argue even older ones.
Not everyone is as forgiving OR deserves forgiveness, and I say that carefully. I myself got very lucky and never got caught doing stupid s***. I know plenty that were not as lucky that are no longer with us or did time or are still in. Sometimes, thats all thats needed, sometimes, it just makes it worse.
All we can do is hope that these judges set examples and that the system improves or that the culture and young folks learn from others mistakes and wisen up.

How hard do you think he’s been trying to change when he was pulling this prescription scheme on house arrest awaiting trial? I think YB just doesn’t care anymore
Shoutout to the judge for having faith in him but man he just can’t seem to get right. Similar to a Kodak.

If anything yesterday taught me, rappers can do no wrong when it’s one that you like man lol.
