MaartinsOn one hand im happy this show exists but on the of her hand it makes me mad that animes can animate/choreograph fights as good as these but choose not to
Im talking the last couple new shonen that have been out past few years (fire force, 7 deadly sins, blue exoricist, demon slayer etc)
While these new shonen arent all bad, demon slayer and fire force in particular but they lack the god level aura and aesthetics of classics like naruto and bleach
But somehow jujutsu kaisen gives us the vibes PLUS the great animation
lmfao Fire Force is already better than Bleach, give it another season or two and it’ll be better than Naruto.

Every secondary character is a hit

Whenever I read the comments on this manga it makes me feel like I’m missing gigantic pieces but the story doesn’t seem super complicated or done being fleshed out so I want to just give it time.

As the other said some people say its his cursed technique but i prefer the theory that they are indeed somehow related cause we still dont know anything about Yuji's past or ancestors, there is no explanation as to why Choso said he felt his blood connection with Yuji like he did with his actual brothers but yeah, still a lot ideas to work with

It's weird how jjk is a shounen and we know almost nothing about the mcs past (his parents, inherited curse techniques etc etc)
I have a personal theory that sukuna's fingers carry sukuna's consciousness and that he ''chose'' itadori as his vessel...but I could be off

I finished the show up after u posted this
Half way thru season 2 and it definitely picks up at the second half of the first season. The animation is actually god like
Definitely has potential, i can see it being a classic show 3-4 seasons in
