Somewhat unpopular opinion: I think this series desperately needs some world building and a slower pace. Despite this jjk is still my fav out of all the new shonen that have come out.

I think thats JJK weakest point, the lack of exploration of other countries and the lack of info about the clans, etc but as long as we dont dive into that i think the pace is just fine

Honestly I like the breakneck speed this and DS have, would rather a concise fast story with only the immediate details than something bogged by trying to tackle every facet of the world a la One Piece or DBZ

A dive into the clans would honestly be the perfect start. But imo the zenin clan arc with maki really f***ed that up. The zenin's were really well built up and we got a bunch of characters with some cool powers just for Maki to kill the entire clan almost immediately after they were introduced
There's also Cursed Corpses which imo are a really interesting concept and it seemed like we were going to learn more about them in yaga's death chapter but it's really rushed and we got nothing but a bunch of complicated sentences
I still really like jjk i just think if stuff like this was a bit more developed it would without a doubt be a goat shonen.

I think it can still be fast paced without having to reach one piece or dbz levels of slog. Like i think an extra chapter or 2 of the group together before itadoris "Death" would've made it more impactful.
And while i do like that things don't drag in jjk I also think that fast pace itself bogs down some things. Like we have this really detailed system about the level of cursed spirits but we've seen these niggas fight almost nothing but special grade curses

Add Yuta to the “I’m not the main character but I stole the show anyway” list
It been his show since the start
Vol 0 came out before the main series
Y’all think Sukuna will be the end game villain? If so how tf are they going to fight him because even gojo would have a hard time fighting him with as many fingers as he’s consumed now
