Megumi vs Reggie was AMAZING come on! But Gojo is the only one I see complete. Both megumi and nobara got one more in them imo

Good fight. I even like the ending. (There was foreshadowing but it could have had more). It’s everything afterwards that I have a problem with.

Consequences of Sukuna being weakened but that’s not about to happen either with Sukuna able to one shot. I doubt Miguel is looking to finish him anyway but to just save the remaining players there. Sukuna won this round. All their plans failed.

Plan three was the back up plan for Maki to hit him with the soul cutting katana-failed. Gege was going to have each plan show and that everybody had one.

They already knew they had a low chance of winning but also underestimated Sukuna, and didn’t think that the trial and Megumi would both backfire.

The fight had clear beats and progression. It’s literally not him just fighting to fight. We were going to see the plans fail that they spoke of from the set up chapters

Miguel is left field but I think he is there to save everyone, and dip with uiui because if he dies, then uiui will too along with Kusakabe. We are getting plot progression soon, the fanbase is impatient idiots. It’s annoying. But you’re right that Gege will need to have to get things moving or else the complaints will just become louder this week.

There is still the body swapping. I never really believed in it but it could also be way out of that fight. Maybe its a soul swap or something so that means megumi could be starting the merger from Yujis body or something. Since Yuji can control Sukuna. Maybe also something similar to kinda move the plot into a different direction

I don’t think Yuji and Choso are there anymore. I think Uiui got all the injured including them perhaps. I believe they’ll all rendezvous and we will find out who survived or not.

I think Sukuna will just go around eliminating more people including Uro who is still the only other potential person to fight him right now out of fear. A Heian era flashback can come of that too.

The surviving cast will probably fight him later, later on for a round two, and I predict Yuta probably got a power up from a near death experience. (Sukuna mentioning him using limitless May come back as a plot twist.)

But before all that, I wouldn’t be surprised if after this Miguel fight we get a pov change to Hakari and Sukuna shows up and then we see what Yuta meant by Hakari being stronger “when on a roll”

And the merger cant happen until all sorcerers besides Megumi, the body Urame is inhabiting, and Geto are dead. So Yuta is going to have to return into the picture, and Yuji is going to have to die if the merger is to happen. I don’t think Megumi can just activate it, unless he breaks a binding vow set by the culling game

And I think Yuji will show body swapping, and maybe even anti-gravity too. This is far from over
