Nah fr. Sukuna is not final villain material. I always saw him as the wild card that's just looking for a good fight. Kenjaku was the one with big motivations

Sukuna brought out the best of almost every major character except maybe Maki and conpleted the arcs of Gojo, Higurama, Kusakabe, Yuta and Choso in a very satisfying way

And the last 2 chapter were maybe the best in the manga

Honestly I dont get your guys‘ pessimism at all when the manga is this good right now

I am also not super optimistic that we will have all our questions answered but maybe we shouldnt make up an ending in our minds and then get mad at it and actually wait and see how he resolves the story

Back when attack on titan ended people were hyping up the conclusion to be the best ever. People were theorizing stuff like Eren becoming aot jesus, resetting timelines, being this mastermind etc. only to be severely disappointed at the very last chapter. Maybe this will be the opposite. People already calling this a terrible conclusion and making theories of how it will end in the worst way ever, which plots and characters will be disappointing etc. Who knows maybe we will be positively suprised

And obviously if you already dislike JJk I dont think these 5 chapter will miraculously save the story for you
