This shrunk in estimation since it finished. It was fun but really feels like a trifle when everything is said and done. I guess demon slayer felt similar when it ended and I’m enjoying its anime adaptation so probably will be the same w this since I think this was better than demon slayer.

Originally he was meant to be born as a twin but Sukuna really only wanted to live for himself and his ego. Which is why the circumstances of his death 1000 years ago are unknown.

Only ironic that in his reincarnation he once again had to share a body with somebody who desperately wanted to live and die surrounded by others.

Despite the many missed opportunities I think gege nailed this. In many ways I think JJK is the best version of „power of friendship“ because it doesnt use that as a cheap form of powerup but you can actually see and feel that it is Yuji willingness to rely on the sacrifice and wisdom of others that wins in the end

And I am not just talking about power but even just words or emotions like his grandpa or nanami

S3 cant come soon enough cant wait to dive back into this world.

Sukuna still such a nice character design man

The fact his 4 arms and 2 mouths also played such a massive role in the end. Love how it doesnt just look evil for the sake of an evil design but also theres some thought put into it. Really looking forward to what the animators will cook up with it

i cant remember who but someone asked me who my favorite jjk character was, i said yuji

but after reading further, i think i gotta go with okkotsu uro or hakari, just off their abilities/strength and personality, megumi is honorable mention, i always thought he was rly cool jus a lil weak

sukuna fight seems a lil too tame imo, was expecting continental/planetary level attacks on some dragonball z s\*\*\*. overall ending coulda been better imo
