I'm kinda confused on one plot point tho are yuji and choso actually brothers? After seeing the movie, I get that yuji mom was possessed by the brain nigga, but wouldn't that only happen after she died? And is that choso's power, to automatically detect his "bloodline" or something like that? Thought it was kino, I just never understood how choso freaked out in that bathroom and they became best buds after that

And I can't search up anyone's name without seeing DEATH in the search suggestions so I try my best to refrain hard to keep track of all the names sometimes

Kenjaku took over Kaori body before having Yuji, making Kenny the parent. He also altered Yuji’s biology and placed a Sukuna finger in Yuji before birth. Yuji and Choso share a parent being Kenjaku

the recap of season 2 was serviceable. it reminded me how truly incredible that season was. the first two episodes of season 3 were great. the visuals and score were extremely stylized and really cemented this season’s distinct flare. I’m very excited for new episodes to drop in January.

holy s*** that movie was ass it did make me excited to see the new season and my goat hakari but it did remind me of all the ignominious ends and squandered potential all over the last arcs of the manga

best part of the movie was the rules of the culling game graphic, s*** had me so joked

Same, feel like Dabura might end up having a change of heart. It's not essential but since they mentioned binding vows this chapter I still wanna kno what happens should one break a vow. Gege never rlly explained the repercussions afaik

Breaking a binding vow with one’s self isn’t harmful, you just lose out on the gain you got from it I believe. But if it’s a one time vow, there’s no going back. In Yuka’s case, she is sacrificing her life for power it seems. Breaking one with someone else though is when there is actual repercussions which haven’t been explored yet in the series. But Kenjaku made it clear that it would be dangerous.

I feel Yuka has the 10 shadows and probably needed to get stronger to summon Mahoraga. She might even have the ring now and possibly got Rika too

It’s only 14 chapters, and it’s good as all hell. You’ll definitely like it a lot. You should just read it, won’t take you longer than 30-40 minutes to catch up right now. And Yuji hasn’t been fully shown as they’ve been looking for him since he’s Earth’s deterrent against the aliens. But he’s missing due to what EchiFluff said, since he has to watch all his friends die and feels he can’t fulfil his grand dad’s wishes (Nobara said this, and said he’s always looking sad whenever he sees her because she’s getting old and he isn’t)

Oh and Mahito is waiting for him in Modulo, and reentered the story. Good chance Yuji dies and sees Mahito in the realm between life and death like Sukuna

I might read it when it’s over. Ngl the diff in art style and the whole alien thing kinda keeping me off it / at arms reach. I didn’t care for the Naruto alien s\*\*\* either idk. I still need to catch up to CSM 😭
