“In the Hands of Dante” is based on Nick Tosches’ novel of the same name, which follows two timelines: in the present, a scholar named Nick is hired by the mob to authenticate the original manuscript of “The Divine Comedy.” He steals it and hopes to sell it on his own, reaping all of the money.
The second timeline follows Dante Alighieri himself, the author of the original story, drawing parallels between the two writers.

Ahhh I follow they account already but must’ve misted it. Thanks homie 🙏🏾
this movie needed an editor. Scorsese playing Dumbledore was cool
Did you like it bro?

it was ok, Oscar was good and Gal surprisingly didn’t ruin it.

Ima watch tonight. The story sounded interesting to me but I’m hearing it’s slow and boring :/
This was frustrating cus I feel a great film exist here if the writing and editing was more focused.
The first half hour was all the place until the actual heist starts. Personally I didn’t care for the flashback stuff and wonder how this would’ve been if it played out like a faster paced crime thriller
Um duh
Sorry I see it on my firestick I was like wtf hadn’t even seen a single frame from the film except Marty bearded up
