After public outcry for Justice, an innocent man can live to see another day. Julius was 19 years old at the University of Oklahoma pursuing a basketball scholarship when he was wrongly arrested and charged with first degree murder. Julius was set to be executed by the State of Oklahoma for a crime he did not commit. Viola Davis’ “The Last Defense” docuseries closely-examines and exposes the flaws in Julius’ case.
How the f*** does it take over 20 years to realize the man didnt do it holy f*** the justice system in this country is both braindead and blatantly racist

He still has a Life Sentence
he only avoided the death penalty. Hes still serving life.
Wonder how he feels about this s***. Hella intriguing
Hes still alive
I mean if he really is in prison for some s*** he didn't do I don't know how satisfied he would be. some people find comfort in death. I know we won't be able to free him Tomorrow realistically but can they at least start the process to review his case or something?
Was reading about this and apparently this is one of the first cases Kim Kardashian advocated for before it went viral
Glad social media could be used in a positive way though, assuming it had anything to do with it
But if he is innocent, free him

Not Twitter right wingers
How did they end up proving he didn’t do it this long after and why did he only avoid death?
If there enough proof he didn’t do this to commute his death sentence isn’t that enough reasonable doubt to pardon him?
