The only song that was and still is universally loved from Born Sinner is Let Nas Down. Rightfully so btw.
2021 been so dead compared to 2013 tho
It’s. A. Pandemic. You. ADHD. Ass. Niggas.

Was dead in 2019 and 2020 too
Omg the Big Ghost review for that album was classic lmaoooo
“No disrespect. Like had he took a Petey Pablo or Shyne beat nobody woulda gave a f***. They on his level n vice versa so its all good. Go get you that ‘This Is Why Im Hot’ beat by that ni**a Mims or some s*** like that. Get at the ni**a Memphis Bleek n tell him you wanna use some s*** from his vast catalog of ok s*** n he gon give you that nod ya kno…he gon hit off lovely like YO WORD YOU GOT MY BLESSINGS DAWG…I TILT MY DURAG UNDER MY FITTED TO YOU CUZ YOU N ME WE CUT FROM THE SAME CLOTH MY NI**A HOLLA. Thats jus some s*** to think bout Jermaine. Especially if you spittin bars like “I came out the womb wit my d*** hard”
Some of his most laziest production was on Born Sinner. For every Runaway we got a LAnd of the Snakes and Forbidden Fruit.
All he needed to do was rewrite Villuminati 1st verse, replace those 2 songs with this beat (will always be mad he just wasted probably one of his best beats ive ever heard) and I’d put BS over Yeezus.
!https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kdEVm0QkTisRevisited the album just couple of days ago and the production is...idk how to describe but flat and uninteresting. Album aged so poorly, funny though the other albums released on that same day and his contemporaries (NWTS, GKMC) all aged pretty well.
Niggas said corn dinner like they had one
😂😂😭
3 great albums
Born Sinner was the album that completely changed Coles trajectory after dropping what was a lackluster “Industry” debut. This album was the start of him finding himself as an artist and he’s been riding that wave ever since. Yeezus is the last album Kanye dropped that was truly provocative and in line with the unpredictability as an artist he became known for. You could honestly take all the best work from any of the albums released afterwards and put it on one record. I don’t want to say he’s been on cruise control but it’s clear to me at this point that Kanye is an artist, at his best, whom thrives in the negative, in chaos. Watching Movies is what truly made me a Mac Miller fan. Dude had such a great spirit man and was an underrated creative. I wish I got the chance to meet him at some point. RIP to a real one.
Cole outshined Ye
never taking ur opinion seriously again 😌🤝

It wasnt dead.
A certain and tragically short-lived soundcloud wave kicked the doors down and diluted the scene. I aint saying names cause yall got this weird love-hate relationship with said scene.
We can s*** Cole all we want but BS was the only time that I seen everybody paying attention to him

I know this is the same s*** people have been regurgitating forever on here, but

This was hard although I feel like an argument can be made for TLOP

He was also admittedly depressed during the making of this album. And you can feel it.
2014 FHD-onwards he picked it back up tho
he didn’t lie tho..
Album of the decade tho? Lol I love DP but I can name 30-40 albums from the 10s better, Yeezus included

You mustve been in a coma when 2014 FHD dropped.
Nigga was doing random popup shows for the low and could fill out a whole venue

Idw make this off topic but Yeezus is not better than RAM lmfao
