Oh okay, that's good to hear. Can you add that to OP? I've been following the case and heard about the state/federal investigation into the agencies handling of the case but didn't hear that there were actually charges arraigned. thank god

I think that's everything afaik, it's crazy that it's likely they're gonna use that DA as the fall person though. multiple DAs and offices were involved in the initial coverup and the DA offices lied about autopsy results and tried to fabricate results by saying tiny traces of THC were proof of clear psychosis and stuff, and at least 2-3 people assisted in preventing the arrest.
