@op Did you buy it for somebody famous, I mean is there a demand for it in the first place? Can you make your own picture and sell it instead?

Technically anyone can pay to "mint" their own NFTs. People on here have done it, but you need buzz and a customer base. Each set of different NFTs have different "characteristics" that add to their "rarity".
