Lmao man I remember I wanted a dreamcast so bad when it first came out. S*** was the hottest thing on the vlock, until pa2 came out. Of course I couldn't get one until some time later after the popularity died down immensely. One of the goat systems and really underrated. Shenmue (still one of my favorite series) was the most groundbreaking game out at the time, despite its flaws.
Dreamcast's aesthetic is still untouched to this day. From design, start up animation & music, game soundtracks, etc.
If you get an early model Dreamcast you can just burn the games to CDRs
my VA1 GD-ROM drive works good, did some burns to test it out and they worked
probably not gonna set it up fr until I receive my VMU and OSSC and all that stuff
Expensive as f*** either way you look at it tbh lol. The early model Dreamcasts are up there last I checked
in America they’re going up but from Japan they seem to be quite cheap as far as retro s*** goes
$50-$70 for a working set w/ console and controller and VMU
got taxed on mine bc i was impatient and bought it at a store and didnt want to pay proxy fees
NBA & NFL 2k1 & 2K2
Sonic Adventure 1 & 2
Marvel vs Capcom 2
WWF Royal Rumble
Thats a goated list
I'd give anything for a Dreamcast mini or an official way to emulate some of the gems I can't afford cause so many Dreamcast games are insanely overpriced. Especially Skies of Arcadia

For sure. Would love to see a new dreamcast I wish Sega would have stayed in the console game.
i remember all the way back in high school, i set up my dreamcast in an empty classroom on the last day of spirit week (half-day/festivities around campus) to play Power Stone 2 with a couple of friends. within an hour, we had like 15 people in there queued up to play until a teacher came to shut it down
goat console with goat games
underrated game is toy commander
especially if you got friends the multiplayer is too good
