ppl are dummies believing that certain nations (Iran, DPRK) are building atomic weapons and plan on immediately launching one at the US, not only are they incapable of that, but it would result in their entire country being hit with dozens of nukes

These countries want nukes to avoid further exploitation, general f***ery, or full-on invasion by the US. and it makes complete sense. One reason the Iraq/WMD thing was complete BS was bc if we genuinely thought they had them there isn’t a chance we’d invade.

I hope Iran somehow manages to get them. I don’t believe that by virtue of being targeted by America that these nations are de facto anti-imperialist heroes, but I think that nuclear capabilities would go a long way towards easing international tensions.

Nobody owns nukes to use them. They only exist as a deterrent from foreign invasion.
