ah forsure. maybe substitute some other food in there if youre trying to hit your protein/carbs/fats/calories.
when I eat it usually 1 is my limit. The first time i cooked it I didnt like the taste.
The thinner the better imo esp when you get a good crust

And rest of the 3 in the air fryer.
It tastes alright at first, but after first one, it just became a challenge to keep eating the rest lol.
I feel like if I made them on a burger it would of been better.
I became vegetarian/pescatarian two week ago. Tried to make these three days ago and couldn't make it taste good. Even tried the kill it with ketchup trick. Can't find any beef/chicken substitutes so fish and grass for me I guess.
