i remember in highschool i used to listen to these to sleep & one time i stayed over at my boy's place. i explained how ppl think you can do transcendental meditation on them or whatever but mainly they just make you feel really chill. anyways i put some on to go to sleep & by the time he woke up his legs stopped working havent seen him in years but apparently his body never recovered from it
