SUPERMANI didn't think the talking tiger bit is weird at all considering everything that happens in the DCverse. Hell even Shazam has a talking tiger in his story (I haven't seen the movie, speaking purely off Superman Return of Black Adam movie)
To add to your flashpoint bit, it also comes off as fan service when they have Thomas wayne who died but keep finding ways to write him into stories now
The Man-child Wonder woman was so trash man but cultist keep bringing it up as a good female driven flick.
As far as directors go, niggas are even mad about the idea of an Abrahms Superman but I've gotten more inspirational moments from JJ's Kirk than Snyders Superman and that's a problem
I understand loving Snyder as a director but as a writer I’m baffled that people can think he doesn’t need more help than even a Terrio . Fans can’t decide if they want comic or reality . Joker was what you and I have been asking for years . A STORY. Focus on story and world and characters not jerking off fans . Yes have some nods but your focus is someone who has never read comics walking away saying “ that was a well written story “ not a “ I’m a fan it’s just like the comic I read 40 years ago and since I read that comic I’m better than you “

That’s also the problem y’all got to stop competing with marvel . Recognize these are different lanes with different aims. The reason we got what we got was because fans got obsessed with competing with Disney who has infinitely more money than wb and is focused on making money not stories that stick with you to save degree

well that's the issue. DC shouldn't have been competing with Marvel in the first place cause marvel was already deep in what they were trying to do and DC and Marvel at the time felt like apples and oranges. They could've coexisted, in my opinion.

You're both right but what's done is done. Hopefully future creatives learn to not out faith in major studios and major studios to not compete with other studios without learning how their methods work.

They clearly haven’t learned if fans still demand a Snyder cut , birds of prey , Shazam 2 , Aquaman 2 , Wonder Woman 2 . They just making money and that’s okay . I just hope the solos focus on doing just that being solo . Once they ready for a universe do that but no rush

Getting matrix 4 and hopefully animatrix 2 so this year a win for me Heard they also gonna make an animated Blade Runner show and if it is as compelling as the short they did then I'm in for that too. But other than Matrix, I don't think I'm hyped for any new movies coming in 2020

Feel like the Batman name has been diluted a bit. Not saying the Pattinson batman can't be good but I just don't have any interest in seeing that property due to them s***ty batman animated flicks and DCEU Batman. He's a quick cash grab which is like the core of WBDC. Last DC flick I saw in theaters was JL. And I'm prolly not seeing Shazam, shazam 2, Black Adam, SS2, Harley Quinn and Co. or Joker anytime soon. (unless joker pops up on HBO) but I'm just not interested and I want to be interested.

I can see why people didn't like it or enjoy it. Some parts can be underwhelming but it was different and enjoyable. I don't think it was bad. My gf who only knew of Split through FB popularity and had never even heard of Unbreakable enjoyed it and actually wants to watch the other ones

None of y’all cares when rick and Michelle maclaren fired. When Snyder gets done wrong and not even wrong more so they couldn’t afford to delay movie so they gave him time off and let whedon finish . Y’all get mad . There is no winning. They invest in completing it then y’all pirate it or subscribe to one month of hbo max or trial then cancel .
