so this is now a 4 hr long movie? wow just goes to show DC still has no idea what they are doing.

movie after movie they've made nothing but bad decisions. the level of incompetency of the people behind the scene of DCU is astounding to me.

hiring zack snyder to launch their version of the MCU was single handedly the worst decision WB has made when it comes to this s***. the man literally has no idea how to handle these characters and is not a story-telling. he's little more than a glorified music video/tv ad director.

iconic characters like Batman, Supes and WW could've been handled so well. the death of Supes, one of the most groundbreaking comic book stories, could've had the same cultural impact as The Snappening in Avengers IW. but they squandered it by shoe-horning it in an already bloated mess of a film, only to bring him back in one of the worst superhero films ever made.

imagine something as iconic like the forming of the Justice League or different characters from the DCU meeting each other for the first time - these could've been iconic movie moments. instead they were all crammed in and rushed to make a fast buck.

i hope DCU learns from their mistakes at some point in the future because at the rate that its going at rn, it's looking bleak af (esp after WW84)

You just assumed im a marvel fanboy based on what exactly? I never said marvel films are god's gift to man.

Sure JL production was doomed from the start and I can see you not wanting to blame Synder for it. But what about BvS? That was a pile of garbage. There is a reason it was critically panned and no one remembers it. How do you justify introducing all the JL characters through cam footage with little icons for each that apparently Lex Luthor created? lmao you have to be delusional to appreciate a film like that. and that's just scratching the surface of what was wrong with that movie.

even going back to MoS, it was clear how Zack Snyder didn't know what he's doing. he thinks he's making some grand artistic statements with these "gritty" versions of DC characters when in reality it comes off just as juvenile as anything other comic book film.

i don't want to turn this into a DC vs Marvel argument but BvS staying longer in people's minds than IW and Endgame? lmao bruh stay off the pills.

BvS is better than any MCU movie. It’s basically a way better version of Civil War.

MCU movies are just fast food. I hate them, but the vast majority of people just watch these movies and find em entertaining and then move on. Nobody remembers 90% of these movies after a week passes by. BvS has a cult fanbase that consistently praises it. I’ve never seen anybody faithfully praise any MCU movie like that. Most MCU fans don’t even talk about the movies, they just like the characters and enjoy watching them.
