SegaDreamFlashBR 2049 slander is ok or whatever but I don't get the hate. That whole "her eyes were green" scene was one of my favorite movie moments of 2017 period lol.
Wallace playing God and stabbing that replicant in the throat as Luv struggles to hold back tears was fire.
The fact that the film shows Luv as K's antithesis (her being a replicant that follows orders to her demise while K goes rogue as he grows disillusioned with his superiors) was fire and the way the movie shows the consequences of both their actions was a fire payoff to me.
The fact that JOI's love for K being genuine or part of her programming is left for the viewer to decide is hard.
Or the fact that we still dont know whether Deckard is a human or replicant???
Bringing up Roy Batty as a way to downplay BR 2049 is cool but it don't hold much merit to me cuz he was the most memorable part of Blade Runner period. the other replicant's didn't do much, and Rutger Hauer outshined Harrison Ford. Clearly.
I feel like OG Blade Runner is impactful and the father of the cyberpunk scene when it comes to film, no doubt but BR 2049 has a lot going for it.
The twist is so good in BR2049. I felt so bad for him 😭

You could skip WW84 even though I like it more than most (still just meh)
