But that's not what you're arguing. You're complaint was that he wasn't able to gain experience bc he was dead but you're discounting the fact that between zod and him dying he had been doing other things and fighting top tier opponents. So using those particular experiences minus the emotional tolls that he took in the past lead him to the confidence he displayed at the end

Bvs was an overreaction to the destruction in man of steel then when it did have the trial the post 09/11 moment he blew it up with a jar of pee . Then justice league Lois the key cause she pregnant and will be killed ( even though at one point we Batman baby . Even fans admitting Snyder making some wild choices ) . I’m here to discuss and shoot the s*** with friends I do the same s*** with matrix or ant series I love you can nuthug Snyder I ain’t saying your opinion is invalid or acting superior to you. Between Zod and him dying he saved people . He wasn’t fighting aliens or super villains is part of my point . He needed another solo or to be alive for Most of this four hours . At one point I even suggested a dbz snake way like plot so we could see him in the dead zone or even phantom zone . He needed to be alive more of this movie : also appears cavill was checked out and didn’t want to even come film more

It’s kind of like last movie or not you had a suicide squad to introduce some villains which really should have been more like legion of doom . Have an giant uprising of villain meta humans in the world with Superman dead terrorizing the world as they look to the sky then everybody like “ we need Superman back we were wrong “ . Superman coming in last minute as the win button combined with flash reversing time all against just steppenwolf not even grandma goodness and henchmen felt cheap . Parademoms vs league
