2015 was pure speculation and here we are doing it 5 years later lol
Absolutely. Creating that decade long saga was cool. They even made characters who general audience knew nothing about, Gotg, into a very popular name. Technically it's an incredible feat. Storywise it aint do much for me.
Marvels sense of weight and consequences have felt inconsistent which takes me out a lot of time.
Some characters were on their 3rd "death" so by the time someone dies for real, you don't care.
Tony dying after he's had like 10+ film appearances and a story that peaked wasn't shocking or moving. Its like when a tired franchise tries to impress everyone by suddenly having an all lady cast.
But back on the same turd bit. The avengers fought another faceless army who were clearly the bad guys. Which isn't inherently bad but I feel like I've seen this same movie already except this one has better effects. Ultron has his views on humanity and organics so he's gonna wipe them out. Thanos has his views on beings using resources and over population so he's gonna wipe out half
Well. its a superhero team up movie...ofcourse its gonna have the "fighting faceless armies" type of third act just so they can include whole the characters and have a huge ass battle..
The thing is the way they led to it was great, from Infinity War where they lose the war and then in Endgame where they team up again, redo everything and fight again.
in the end it was a blockbuster...but the fact is it was a great blockbuster.
Tony's death was emotional too, everybody was emotional fam lol...and when Tony came back to earth and started arguing with Cap you felt that...coz there was 10 years worth of development.
the "Infinity Saga" was an amazing cinematic experience....we cared about these characters, we wanted more from these characters.
but anyways, to each their own.
Was the logic of him running like that ever explained?
lol idk. It seemed so goofy. Did they tell Ezra that or was Ezra like "i feel barry would run like he had no kneecaps"

When Lex is getting arrested did the machine say Alexander luthor or was it steppenwolf
