finished a rewatch of BvS today. i love the movie but man if that was like part 3 of a trilogy (with Doomsday being the main villain the whole movie etc) it would be so much better received.

along with solos from Batman, Cyborg, and Flash all leading into JL after Superman's death would be insane

Without solos or the solos they did have served no real purpose to JL to the point it’s embarrassing . JL cut spends a lot of time fast and furious family origins lost family form a new one where if they all had a solo or tv show or something it would go better. It was all so condensed and even with JL 2 and 3 was still going to be condensed

Zack wanted to do a million things but I think they rushed too quickly into Justice League. S*** they rushed too quickly into Batman V Superman too. Then in terms of choosing directors and writers for other solos he either didnt have a part in that or let people get sacked too easily so never really formed a team. They needed a Feige the whole time and they needed something more than "here goes a stack of comics we are reading get hyped". There was no unified vision, endgame besides darkseid and knightmare sequence which really is something you know the whole time will be retconned and go well so doesnt really have lasting weight which applies to a lot in these movies
