frankly i'm glad the man i'm a stan of makes music good enough to where i can just focus on that instead of everyone he dates/fucks. kendrick fell off after GKMC and if you'd get white critic d*** out of your mouth just for one moment then you'd understand why. quote me next time you see a 100 page thread about some random woman drake is dating. you likely won't because as bad as people think the drake section is, we ain't a bunch of circlejerkers unlike y'all in the kendrick section. and drake never had to pander to BLM activists to finesse himself a classic, he came up with his classics organically. that's why NWTS will be remembered as a classic while TPAB will be known as a product of the time it came out in. same with DAMN. i'm just speaking on what the streets have been saying for years, so don't shoot the messenger. i know that's a tough pill to swallow, but really unless you're a white critic, kendrick's newer s*** just ain't gonna speak to you.
