Borderline baffling move to let Supersoak leak fully in CDQ...and then drop a MV video a month later...and let Ak had access to said MV ahead of time.

Just weird/sloppy/confusing move. Would see it making more sense if the MV and song drop on 100gigs but even then its an atypical Drake move.

Agreed. Catchy song and I would love a second Drake verse. But dropping it a month later as a single (?) with a MV is a lot of push for a song that everyone has heard already.

I would even take a BGR or It's Up MV before Supersoak.

Don't get me wrong...still excited for new Drake music. But not sure I "get" the move. But maybe there's nothing to "get"...maybe Drake just likes a song and wants to drop it with a light hearted MV. Guess he has earned the right to do that...

song isn’t on streaming, definitely gonna have a second verse worth listening to and gonna give the song new life cause he needs a song to end the summer

he took in his audience’s criticisms of the song (yachty’s verse), his audience now knows what to expect and people are looking forward to it

I think “sloppy” could be replaced with the word “human” because that’s going to be his new approach moving forward considering the year that he’s had

he already let us into his world and his process from the rest of his discography with 100 gigs so I think letting the curtains down and operating in front of the world (much like late career ye did) would make it more exciting as long as he delivers quality music (which ye is inconsistent at imo)

In 10 years he coulda made a disgusting amount of money for the doc footage he gave us for free but I think that was the right thing to do as well

we are officially in drakes late stage career and I think the next moves he makes will determine how long he lasts
