Okay let me clarify, from my perspective.

Let’s say I’m throwing a party and I invite girls that like to get active , we know what goes down . There’s lots of drinking , lots of s*** going on. And then I wake up the next morning and a girl that messages me off instagram saying my boy raped her . A girl that may “possible done f***ed the whole squad.” Not saying she does but we don’t know anything about these people .

I would want to know what happened and not pick a side yet cause that’s my boy.

Edit : After looking at all the information provided , I apologize for this outrage comment without fully grasping what was said via text. I tried to make a stand for Kai but the severity of the allegations should not be taken likely.

Yea thats for sure, it’s a sensitive situation and a bit more empathy even with the lawyers “muting” him could’ve at least helped her sense of if things were going to actually be handled seriously or not.

At the end of the day the cops are involved and they are cooperating. That girl deserves a proper apology.

the hell no , not one of my friends etc isnt actually a deep hole but not openly apologizing for text reaction when thats all most of the internet ever wanted is just okay. Either way glad he spoke out and he brought her more peace then she had and called out his fans. He definitely should have spent some of the 25 minutes apologizing for his tone in the text but he is young what can you do

IMO, this man did everything the way he was supposed to do and I'm shocked that people think he didn't do enough.

I've seen the first half of his response and this man did exactly what he was supposed to do: shut the f*** up and go to the police and his legal team IMMEDIATELY.

I know most of KTT has no real world experience, but in cases like this, you do NOT under any circumstances talk about it until the police and lawyers are involved, and you most certainly DO NOT apologize.

Blaming him for saying "nah, not my friend" is stupid.

Expecting him to implicate himself by apologizing is stupid.

Blaming him for making the announcement on Twitch, and not disabling comments or addressing chat is also stupid. The girl involved went on social media and is @'ing and making reference to this man more than she is the actual rapist, dragging his brand in s*** he can NEVER get away from. He can respond however he wants, and he's been kind of sensitive about the whole thing.

Again, most of KTT has no real world experience and are reacting to this in a way they have been told to react, or acting in a manner that is reactionary.

This man has done absolutely nothing wrong and y'all should go touch grass.

Nigga I am saying just apologize for how defensive he got at the beginning via text. Overall I am agreeing with you. Overall just talk to legal team and police but that also includes texting her "Hell No" versus "hey legal team is telling me to communicate with them and they will communicate with you"
