I’m no expert but i literally have never heard about a place where a police man can kill an innocent person on film and get paid vacation for it. Even in a 3rd world country that guy would face reprecussions, and trust me my family came from a 3rd world country

shouldn't really use "3rd world" like this since its obviously gonna differ between countries but policing isn't just a problem in the USA

there are a lot of places in the developing world that have corrupt cops though and they do the most they can to not report on it. it’s even worse in some places than it is in the u.s., i’ve seen plenty of stories. corruption is worldwide
