    That’s why they blocked

I usually find blocking the coward's way, but I think you're on to something here, I gotta make an exception just this once

They get on me for saying this on here but this generation has lot of people false claiming autism due to the OCD-ification of it

    What's OCD-ification ?

I mean, if he has xyz other s*** going on then it makes the diagnostic process more difficult no? Like how ADHD can manifest as depression in youth but can simultaneously both be something someone could have?

Oh, I thought you were implying the opposite

It's obviously an external variable but prior diagnosis can usually aid in asd, if he's bipolar that can help the process under certain circumstances and symptom relevance / overlap

My wife went through full Neuro divergence testing, which I'd assume Kanye would have done as an adult, and they didn't just remove her BPD but looked at symptoms and the history to add into it. She was diagnosed with ADHD out of it, and "very possible" low level asd if that makes sense, from the same evals/reports/interviews together

I work more with youth, 20 and under, and I treat and reccomend evals when suitable. One client was a teen when first diagnosed and his PTSD + ADHD + OCD diagnosis overshadowed the asd for his whole life but then when tested knowing that background streamlined the process. I think there was a mood disorder he got fully dropped as a result but that doesn't always occur and will stay on record anyways

Psychological evals and stuff is a lot more... Sloppy I guess than many think. Diagnosis' have so much overlap in applied settings
