fr, i can actually imagine a version where its content is maybe only semi-market oriented (whereas i think most of tiktok's trends, barring a few, grow organically) and otherwise has content pushed that would hopefully be some kinda learning-to-socialize-healthily-digitally

cus children are gonna have smartphones/tablets basically from here on out, at least in american culture, and there's still a lotta work that needs to be done to make it more useful for children instead of being a primarily distraction device
