His best verses are pretty much pre MBDTF.

Even on MBDTF, I’d say that the features and overall production overpower Kanye for the most part.

More often than not Ye’s raps in the last few years are killing otherwise good songs.

Some of the best songs he’s made in the past few years have been because of the features / production.

Think Ghost Town. Think City in the Sky.

JIK was a flop because we hear too much Kanye. All the Sunday Service versions are better because he lets the choir take over.

Jesus is born will be amazing.

So, it’s time Ye sits back and just produces tbh. His selection of features is probably the best in the industry.

He could make a great collaboration album in the vein of DJ Khaled.

Totally disagree. CD, LR, Graduation, MBDTF, Yeezus, WTT, TLOP, and KSG prove he’s an amazing rapper. He’s also a great lyricist, when he actually tries. Not only is he one of the best producers of all time but he’s also one of the best rappers of all time.
