Let’s take a few steps back, Kanye is my favorite artist ever and I like Dot and Drake pretty evenly (admittedly, Dot more at this point in time)
It was more than just “knowing about Adonis”, it was the Adidas campaign as well as who he got pregnant. The details were far too tailored to just chalk it up as Kanye mentioning it to Push after he was dissed on Duppy. There was clear intent to weaponize it and knowing this could’ve goaded Push to bait Drake out with Infrared
Given Kanye’s recent random tonal shift towards Dot who has evidently done nothing to him accept succeed, I think it stands to reason he’d betray Drake’s trust who he’s actively been competing with for years. I can easily see Push using the narrative that 40 told some random to protect Kanye’s reputation and sow the seeds of dissension amongst Drake’s camp after the fact
