Mental problems and mental health has such a s***ty stigma in this country(and a lot of countries), having mental health issues doesn't mean your "crazy". Your mind is just like a physical piece in your body, if we get a cut we apply medicine. If we break a bone we go to the doctor to make sure it's fixed up. If anything happens to our physical body we go somewhere to make sure it get healed. Do we say negative s*** when that happens to people? No we don't. Same s*** should be applied to our mental health. We need to stop calling people who are suffering from mental health issues crazy and start encouraging them to get professional and medical health while we also support and love them.
