Yeah of course it was originally racist, and The locations were determined based on that I’m sure. Every legacy organization was unfortunately but it’s pretty clear they are making an effort to reverse that. You can’t say they are “targeting” anyone as if they go out and give you an abortion or tell you to have an abortion. It is a resource and it is not a bad thing to have access to it as many people including people in my town do not. The original intention could have been racist, but everybody should have planned parenthood in their towns.
