This isn’t a regular celebrity collab that a start does its a two brand partnership.

Kanye’s adidas deal was 10 years too. Kanye wants to build with the company. Brands like Supreme just do quick collabs for trends and then move on but with this Kanye can generate billions and gain some equity in GAP. This is endlessly better and he can still form partnerships with other brands whenever he wants
