I’m a Ye Stan, but I’ve never looked to Ye or any celebrity for political guidance so I honestly do not care on a personal level. I disagree with his various stances, but not to a level where I’m like “Fuck Kanye for life”, and deleting all his music and throwing away all his merch n shoes.

The way I treat it, if his views align with mine, that’s just an added plus, cherry on top. If they don’t? Well I enjoy the music and keep it moving. Other than maybe his stance on abortion he hasn’t said anything for me to say I’m done with him. Now I ain’t out here defending Ye at every turn like I use to. MAGA era brought that to an end for me

• Bro are you an idiot lol, ive been ignoring your posts on purpose because theres just too much to counterpoint or explain. But i'll bite, here's a long ass read that is still a simplification, since you asked for it:

White Lives Matter along with Blue Lives Matter is literally a counter to Black Lives Matter, it was even made by conservative racial groups as a gotcha & to downplay

Black Lives Matter does not mean white lives or any lives for that matter means less lol, its saying BLACK LIVES MATTER because in AMERICA black lives have NEVER mattered. It was created during the height of police brutality cases on social media even tho its been happening since the 60s, literally buried by our media/govt till the 90s with rodney king & the 2000s in general when social media came around. Let not talk about the multiple bombings on black wallstreets such as philly n in the south that happened till the 80s by the literal govt. Lets not talk about how redlining was literally legal till the 2010s & is still practiced by a lot of estate buisness that are still getting caught n punished. Lets not talk about the continue cover up of black history in America in mainstream USA schooling. Etc.

White Lives Matter is made as a clear lash out to Black Lives Matter slogan by racist whites that think or pretend nothing has ever happened to black people, just like the police brutality cases.

White lives have never been endanged, threaten, commodified nor politicized like BLACK LIVES in USA. White lives have ALWAYS MATTERED in America on a sociology level, while Black lives have not. I dont give af about the nowadays BLM organization, im talking specifically what the BLM slogan, movement & what the initial group meant & its reasons.

WLM is a simple mockery. Just like Kanye wearing "Make America Great Again", is also f***ing stupid. America was never great for black people, & it only improves little by little as time goes on. So making it "great again" i.e. going backwards, only HURTS black people lmfao. Which is why "Make america Great Again" is seen as an inherent racial statement for blacks & browns. Even if you mean economically & politically, again, even those areas were NEVER GREAT FOR BLACK PEOPLE, ONLY WHITE PEOPLE. Going BACKWARDS is automatically & inherently destructive to BLACK PEOPLE.

Same thing with White Lives Matter, a slogan made by literal conservative racists as a gotcha & retort bevause they dont think black lives matter nor have they ever been endangered. So as a black person, putting on the literal downplay of your own race today, is f***ing idiotic & clown s***. And only REINISTATES to them racists how "stupid" & "gullible" black people are & how easy it is to create in fighting.

Any time black people try to improve themeselves or uplift themselves nationally even in legal & just contexts as mentioned earlier, in anyway, it is always meant with hostility & even literal govt interference. Black lives DONT MATTER to them. Which is why we must show Black lives DO MATTER, but not only to "the whites" but also to other black people that feel sadden, depressed, self hatred & embarrassed by their race color & history that WHITE AMERICANS historically even to today have placed upon them.

America is better for black people today, but its still trash & has inherent systems & people that are actively going against blacks lol. Which is why white lives matter is reductive, & maga is idiotic for a black person.

As i said earlier:

White lives only matter when its used as a counter & a put down to black lives.

And this aint even the full surface my brother lol. I literally studied this s*** sonce 8th grade to my early 20s, i literally experienced this s*** my whole life, even as a half black half white man, i see how my father (black) is inherently treated compared to my mother (white).

My mother having worst credit than my father but m. Father cant get a loan but my mother can. Double talk of white people & how some of my moms friends n family have literally disowned us, people talking s*** about black people to my mother and then her relaying it back to us as a warning etc. Its like having a secret agent where you get to see behind the curtain & downplaying. How im automatically categorized as black in govt., school & medical docs & socially etc. n get looked at as an idiot whne i mention im mixed & want to be labeled as such, some legal forums DONT EVEN ALLOW THAT. Youre forced to choose, & "they" dont want you white.

This is not an indictment or hate on all white people especially young modern white people. But these issues still exist, & how white lives is a mockery because white lives HAVE ALWAYS MATTERED in USA while black lives HAVE NOT, EVEN STILL.

This is why BLACK LIVES MATTER is/was a postive needed message, while WHITE LIVES MATTER is not.

No one is saying white lives dont matter, but we are saying black lives do matter because it is shown time and time again socially that blacks do not matter.
