POV: You’re attempting to sound smart
I don’t have to attempt. Niggas are triggered by a shirt with a truthful statement on it.
The amount of power ya give white people is astonishing.
This is the representation of this and that is the representation of this. Na you just got scammed buddy lmao
Those BLM protest brought awareness around the world about police brutality in America and it did change some laws/how things were done in different communities. Also further exposed Trump as a racist jackass

Niggas actually seen cops get guilty sentences because of those protest, wether peaceful or not….
They saw niggas wasn’t playing this time around lmao before we would riot and f*** up our own neighborhoods, but when niggas actually took control and f***ed up the money making areas like soho and 5th ave they knew we meant business..
What they were doing was, functionally, performative at best even if it was an honest reaction to the events
The cops weren’t doing anything because there was actual danger, it’s because the media already gave them the popular support to clean things up and shut things down
Those 2020 protests in minneapolis were def not performative at all lol
Go out on a suicide mission and attempt to go against the whole American army/police infrastructure
"Go on a suicide mission running off the plantation into a strange country on foot trying to get free"
If you see it as a life and death struggle then it is worth risking your life for. This perspective shows that you really don't think it's that serious
Exactly. It’s just a truthful statement. So why should somebody putting any other lives matter be a slight to black people in 2022.
The only reason is because we tried to turn that simple truthful phrase into a slogan for a movement to get us ahead. And s*** flopped. Now in 2022 it’s just led to us stigmatizing basic truths. It’s a mind f***.
If you understand what BLM actually means then you would realize how ridiculous saying white lives matter is
damn i wonder if that's true that Kim Jones did work on some pieces just to sellout dior again
If you understand what BLM actually means then you would realize how ridiculous saying white lives matter is
Mfs think police brutality will stop if we ask nicely
even if you don't ask nicely s*** won't stop
@ShintaroKago coming up with a rebuttal as we speak
Making fun of her clothes and boots is harassment or did I miss something ? She said the same basic ass opinion about black lives matter as many of you guys and internet. I said he would likely go with "it was a scam" angle and focus on the organization side of things and what did he do ? Just that. While saying a white man killed his friend because he is still coping with the death of Virgil.
I also said that the shirt was part of the War and what did he just say ?
White people made it like a Them vs us statement, which that’s not what blm is about..
Those 2020 protests in minneapolis were def not performative at all lol
Yeah that was the only place where anything happened and at best they just reformed the police department
no systemic change ANYWHERE in the US except for some cops being held accountable for actions that all other cops will happily do again and again
Some people acting dense as hell itt just to support their own argument
They should use this thread to teach logical fallacies in high school composition
Mfs think police brutality will stop if we ask nicely
Police brutality will never end
Same as Racism
And everything else that negatively impacts us
Since protesting for change is suddenly just a vibe, what do y’all suggest black folk do since y’all got all the answers
The last time I answered this I ended up on a watchlist
Tbf he been saying lvmh killed v its somewhere in this discussion cant find the moment he said it but I remember it was here

Black people gained civil right only 60 years ago… your grandmother was probably born before then, and somehow y’all think a piece of paper written in law was going to fix systematic racism and social discrimination after 300 years since this country has been founded. That’s why black lives matter in 2022. it’s not gonna take only 60 years for us to be seen as equals in this white dominated nation

ALM and WLM are reactionary statements by racists to BLM. So you’re wrong there.
Kanye wearing racist merch just helps make people with the same line of though (some of which may listen or his music) and make them more comfortable expressing those views
It’s really all there is to it, not that complicated
Those 2020 protests in minneapolis were def not performative at all lol
Yeah that’s why I didn’t respond lol. Niggas in Chicago weren’t moving like that either. Niggas was at the trump tower multiple days and shut downtown down. I can’t say it’s performative when mfs were getting themselves arrested and some more s*** to fight for change.
