He is clearly extremely mentally unwell and it seems like there is no one left in his life who has any real care or love for him at all.
The Tuckers and Candaces are truly the most despicable, seeing a vulnerable easily manipulated person and taking advantage to spread their message, but even everyone else around him who works on music or fashion or whatever is only there for the money or clout. Julia Fox openly admitted to using him for clout and I doubt Chaney had much real care for him either. Big picture, you could even argue the kardashian family used him then discarded him when they’d had enough.
