A lot of people are hurt right now because of the current situation and feel that Ye has let them down.

But if it helps I'd like to share with you a perspective that might help.

Imagine your house is burning down and all seems lost but you look outside

But then one day after the election Kanye The Firefighter puts a Trump sign in his yard.

Does it matter that the person who did their job and changed your life, even saved it, has a different political view, even if they didn't act on that view by supporting the candidate during their run or even voting for them?
nah. Kanye is just makin them unlike him again so he can do his job more. Because without fires to fight, Kanye the firefighter cannot fight fires.
