Man looking back Ye really had potential to be amazing. I wish he had waited to release that combined it with the best songs from Yandhi. There was an amazing concept in there that ended up so half baked.

I'm in a good place with ye where I get that it's a flawed album and it could be a lot better but everything from that era elevated it to where I'll always love it
Heard Violent Crimes for the first time the very same day I found out my wife was having a baby girl
plus a lot of what Kanye was speaking on in terms of mental health (Ghost Town) and relationships (Wouldn't Leave) really resonated with meCan't be a trash album for me, it means too much
hope the next one soundtracks my life that way
