- This is his best solo album since Yeezus
- He needed to be more present on his own album and some features could be cut down a touch
- A lot of verses need refining and finishing
- Some songs feel too stripped back
Otherwise just amazing presentation amazing energy amazing album
Where he WAS rapping it was Great
100% totally agree. It felt WAY more consistent than TLOP on first listen. Way more. I remember being in the theater for TLOP being genuinely disappointed by some of the tracks on there. Lots of them grew on me (Highlights for instance) but with this I felt like it was great all the way through

My fav rapping from ye is everything he did LR era.
I don't expect him to go back to that.
But it's always nice to hear that type of energy once in awhile. Which I did hear some in the album
yeah it just feels so different from old albums with posse cuts
like on MBDTF I can't think of a single song where kanye's verse wasn't a stand-out
even on songs where he got "renegaded" like monster theres still an argument for his verse being the best
