Also whoever made the decision to butcher the f*** out of Pure Souls...
Don't look under your bed tonight
This album feels more like Kanye west presents than a Kanye west album, which is something. I don’t have a problem with. It feels like he wanted to create something for his mom and for god, which is accomplished well on here
and for the new generation of rappers
Just got home. The energy was crazy in there. Every moment of that s*** was amazing
first time seeing ye?
I’m thinking by 12 PM NOON EST. That’s around when KSG & Ye dropped iirc
KSG was about 3/4 PM, JIK was around 12/1 PM
Honestly, he should just keep doing shows and reworking the album forever. Until it's a completely different album. These listening sessions are fun. Endless sessions
we kinda joke but tbh a year long las vegas residency where he keeps tweaking songs/creating new things, just a fresh experience every night
would be amazing
Best feats on the album?
Imma go Fivio, Roddy, Jay-Z, Cudi/Toliver, Baby Keem
cudi fivio keem
i can see travis doing this in a couple years
Please, there isn’t a single cell of originality in that mfs life. All he does is copy other niggas
I love Kanye singing
I love Kanye rapping
Features should do only ad libs
Nah joke so far Donda sounds great
Best feats on the album?
Imma go Fivio, Roddy, Jay-Z, Cudi/Toliver, Baby Keem
Lil Baby
It’s not electronic in the sense of yeezus though. Very melodic. A lot of organ. Sounds Christian but electronic in a sense. I’d say it’s a lot more like bound 1 than bound 2
Got you, it’s just the first album i think of when hearing the word futuristic. Both 808s and Yeezus were so far ahead of its time, it’s unreal
To me JIK is almost flawless, unpopular opinion i know. One of my only gripes being that it felt too unfinished in parts. Sounds like i’m really gonna dig this Donda album
