It’s just something Apple does, someone explained the reasoning but I don’t remember. For example, the pre-order for After Hours said March 23rd even tho it dropped on the 20th.

it goes against a lot of the s*** I say but it would be kinda cool if Ye puts an older and new version of albums on streaming
like Atlanta v1 and v2, would be interesting and be cool to have the v1 version under a different sxn to regular albums
