2wordsThere was too much filler on the new one, I just don’t get what they did in the 2 weeks time. This s*** is obviously just a marketing ploy at this point, he’s trying to basically trick the Yandhi leak nerds into making this a legendary album because he saw how they reacted to the leaks and the response to JIK. That’s my take on it
I don't really think kanye is a very malicious or conniving person so I don't interpret this as him trying to "trick" fans
I think he brought in too many people trying to rush this project to completion and the emotion and polishedness of the album got lost in the process
I would like to see him take some time to refine this

I don't think so. Everything about this rollout has been vastly more focused than anything he's done since Yeezus, both sonically and thematically. The entire 24 hour Truman Show livestream and the show itself was just fascinating.
I think it's as simple as it's not totally done yet lol.
