serenadei think there are certain songs where he just likes his initial delivery too much to redo it, or he can't recapture the same energy. like he's been using the same IKGBOT vocals since 2019, he could have went back and redid them at any time but clearly he just likes how it sounds as is. i feel the same about remote just because it's so catchy and fun, but i can see how the mumbled delivery can turn people off. it took a while to grow on me at first for that reason.
Yeah I feel that on some songs. A lot of people wanted him to redo some of the mumbles on never abandon your family but I think it’d be impossible for him to recapture that raw emotion from the initial takes, plus the mumbles work really well on it. Remote mumbles are cool but the actual verses from thug and cudi make ye’s contribution on it sound lazy
