I think we should pay attention to Kanye's lyrics to find the answer.

On the song "Pussy Print" by Gucci Mane, Kanye West has a guest verse. Even though the song is very sexual, here's what Kanye says in his verse:

"You don't f*** with me? The feelin' mutual"

Now this clearly implies that Kanye in fact does not have s***with other people, but it could also be adressed at a single, unknown individual. And in "Power" he also famously says

"I don't need your p**** b****, I'm on my own d***"

Which makes it seem like Kanye is actually anti-sex.

But let's dig deeper. On his own song "Blame Game", the outro features Chris Rock talking to an unknown woman. He says:

"Yo, you took your p**** game up a whole 'nother level This is some Cirque Du Soleil p**** now, s*** You done went all p***o on a nigga, okay? And I, I, I, I love it, and I thank youI thank you, my d*** thanks you How did you learn, how di- How did your p**** game come up?"

To which the woman replies:

"Yeezy taught me"

Which proves that "Yeezy" knows a lot about p****, that he can even teach women how to get better at sex. Could a virgin do something like that? It's unlikely, but not impossible.

But we have other lyrics indicating that Kanye is actually not a virgin. In "Hell of a Life" he raps that

"Pussy and religion is all I need"

And on "I'm in it", Kanye also confirms that

"Eatin' Asian p****, all I need was sweet and sour sauce"

Now we also need to talk about the definition of "sex". What defines sex, really? Wikipedia says:

Sexual intercourse (or coitus or copulation) is principally the insertion and thrusting of the p****, usually when erect, into the vagina for sexual pleasure, reproduction, or both.
