This is the thing. Any one of these things on its own would be a bit meh, but all of them taken together feels a bit more significant

It’s not the environment that’s awful it’s the customers you have to deal with for the minimum pay that you receive. Imagine hearing ppl b**** in your ear for 8 hrs, crying on the phone, not being able to leave for 5 mins to use the restroom without your manager pinging you asking you why you aren’t taking any calls, and constant surveys and evaluations
