As your reply suggests, the validity of Kr0niic’s insider, who suggests that the album release is eminent, is what prompted my response.

You are either questioning the validity of Kr0niic’s source, or are simply unconfident in it. My suggestion for a ban bet is simply to challenge your confidence. If you so choose to renegotiate the initial statement, you may do so however I am not going to turn a blind eye to this comment as it is what provoked the thought to begin with.

My comments in this thread should never be taken seriously. Kr0niic & I deeply discussed the credibility of his insider over the phone for 15 minutes last night and did agree that this is a reach and a shot in the dark for said insider. We do think this guy is legitimate & has a connection inside the stadium, but we doubted that it would drop this weekend. Kr0niic said he was going to play Halo 2 & 3 with KTT2 members after we said our goodbyes. I said that's too bad, I don't have Halo: The Master Chief collection.

I got kicked off the bluetooth in my boy's whip cuz I put on Remote Control and the saddest part was that I really hyped that s*** up talking bout how Kanye's taking his time to make the album better and its his best work in a while, my boy was even saying "Yeah people gotta be patient with him he's a perfectionist" but when he heard "holisomfybans, gotdomfomfomfan" and "goondufybaf, fulyinaman" he looked at me like almost made me hop out on the freeway

The fact that so many books still name the Beatles "the greatest or most significant or most influential" rock band ever only tells you how far rock music still is from becoming a serious art. Jazz critics have long recognized that the greatest jazz musicians of all times are Duke Ellington and John Coltrane, who were not the most famous or richest or best sellers of their times, let alone of all times. Classical critics rank the highly controversial Beethoven over classical musicians who were highly popular in courts around Europe. Rock critics are still blinded by commercial success: the Beatles sold more than anyone else (not true, by the way), therefore they must have been the greatest. Jazz critics grow up listening to a lot of jazz music of the past, classical critics grow up listening to a lot of classical music of the past. Rock critics are often totally ignorant of the rock music of the past, they barely know the best sellers. No wonder they will think that the Beatles did anything worth of being saved.
