the preorder with 24 songs came before 6th august, as ye had to plans to release it then. but it was not finished so it automatically changed to next week as it didn't drop, then on 13th, it didn't drop so it automatically changed to the following week. this time it was not done automatically but done mid-week, so someone from ye's team told apple that they have plans to release it next week.
