i don't know how to feel... the new versions of off the grid and pure souls are so f***ing good, praise god is still great, the extended version of i know god breathed on this is powerful, and both of the new songs were incredible.. particularly the second to last song. hearing ye scream 'i don't wanna die alone, i don't wanna die alone' hit me so deep..... but i can't wrap my mind around why he took cudi off the album. to replace cudi's verse on remote with that goofy ass nonsense feels super disrespectful. and the cudi verse on moon was legitimately my favorite part of v2, and honestly it might be one of the most majestic cudi features of all time imo. and then i'm not quite as surprised that hov got cut, i feel like kanye's ego must've HATED the 'stop all of that red cap' line... but to replace such an impactful verse with..... dababy.... is just too much. i would've rather heard that glorious guitar loop with no lyrics for two minutes than hear a verse from that man on a kanye project

JIK yes because that feels way too forced. Ye not so much at the moment, it’s short but it feels solid and tight, this needs tightening and shortening
