    Like I dont know if its just the Jail pt 2 but its likely more issues like he didnt want it to drop today......

    which kind of ruins the whole launch. I am hoping he didnt want it to drop til drake and that was an argument who knows but his whole team said he sent it in but did he make that choice. Its all just odd now and this instagram post today the most we have seen him directly communicate about album
